Two important uses for spreadsheets are charts ad diagrams so you can allow whoever is looking at your spread sheet will see all of your work. I think Microsoft is pretty easy to use but there are some things I didnt fully understand. I wouldlike to learn how to create a data base of songs that people could listen to kinda like www.aolmusic.com.

I think someone could use spredsheets because they might need to see how many peaople like what from there componey. I also think that spredsheets is easy to use if you no hoe to do it. I would like to learn about the internet.

1. if you are showing data you can caculate and show how the table works. you can use it to show selling prices and how much money you make in a week. so its good for business properies.

1. Spreadsheets are important because they help you put information in and then graph it for you. Such as if you needed to make a graph or chart for a fundraiser all you'd have to do is input your information and then make it into a chart.
2. Excel is pretty easy to use if you know what you know what are doing. If you don't then you can be pretty lost.
3. Something I would like to learn is how you can make powerpoints more animated, like making the words blink to appear then disappear then reappear again.

I think excel is easy and very fun to use. And excel is very usuful if you are making a graph for a class or an out of school activity. It is way easier than just drawing a graph on a peice of paper.

1.An important use of spread sheets is to make Graphs to collect data for like a Baseball game or to make charts for fundraisers like we used it for it would be very useful to keep track of sales for the fundraiser too.
